The Beginning.

The team here at Typical Media got a message from one of our members on how someone by the name of ‘Mat’ which we then got to know as Mr Wright.

Mr Wright is an acclaimed ‘Music Artist’ under the name DJMAT. He makes music meant for children. Creating songs like ‘Twinkle Twinkle Little Mat’ & ‘GHOSTBUSTER MAT’ to name his most popular two singles.

Victim Reports.

The victim, who was previously involved in a relationship with Matthew, reported disturbing interactions through the popular instant messaging application Discord. According to the victim, Matthew allegedly refused to comply with certain requests unless they agreed to rekindle their relationship.

One such request involved the victim asking Matthew to create a website for their project. However, Matthew declined, stating that he only provides free services for family members.

When this was then reported to us we delayed our investigation since we didn’t have a verified age of Matthew. This was wrong on our part we and should have acted even if we didn’t have knew a verified age of Mat.

RadioCast: Investigation of Matthew.

Matthew initially claimed he was 18 but quickly changed his statement to 17 when questioned. Although he denied any wrongdoing, his statements were inconsistent throughout the investigation. However, on February 11, 2025, new evidence emerged confirming that Matthew is indeed 18, while the victim is only 14.

Matthew attempted to bribe a Radiocast staff member by offering to create a free jingle in exchange for the removal of Shockwaves Radio from the platform. This blatant attempt to manipulate the system and undermine a competitor raised serious ethical concerns. His actions not only demonstrated a willingness to engage in dishonest practices but also highlighted a pattern of questionable behavior. Given this incident, along with previous inconsistencies in his statements, we felt further justified in taking immediate action against him.

What are the Next Steps?

Given the severity of these findings, we have decided to take decisive action to maintain the integrity of our platform. Effective immediately, Matthew will be permanently removed from Radiocast, ensuring that he can no longer participate in or influence the community. Additionally, we are fully prepared to cooperate with law enforcement should any official inquiries arise regarding his actions.

I cannot put into words on this post my emotion of how I feel about knowing Matthew for along time and see this happen to him. I am disappointed.
