The following are basic contest rules for any/all contests, both on and off air, featured on Typical Media Group owned Stations such as Hits247, Viral FM, RMF FM, Foreverworld FM, and more. Each contest may have its own special qualifications and eligibility rules, in which case, a separate list of rules will be available for public inspection.

Contests are open to all residents of the United States of America 17+ unless otherwise specified by Typical Media, Inc & Typical Radio Group (DBA) Foreverworld Inc. and its affiliates. You must have valid photo identification. Employees of Typical Media, Inc. & Typical Radio Group (DBA), Foreverworld Inc., its advertising agencies, their affiliates, representatives, and their families are ineligible to enter/win any contest executed on Typical Media Group Stations. Contests are limited to one entry per person/per household unless otherwise stated.

Typical Media, Inc. & Typical Radio Group (DBA), Foreverworld Inc., its agencies, affiliates, sponsors, or representatives absolve themselves of any liability, financial or otherwise resultant of any on or off-air contest conducted by Typical Media Group Stations. All winners acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that Typical Media, Inc. & Typical Radio Group (DBA), Foreverworld Inc. has the right to publicize and/or broadcast his/her name, character, likeness, voice, and all matters incidental herein. All prizes (or the applicable certificate thereof) must be signed for by the winner, upon presentation of proper identification (Driver’s license, State I.D., Passport). Designated “winner” representatives will be allowed to claim prizes on another’s behalf, upon written and telephone confirmation. Prizes or any accumulation of prizes within one (1) year equaling $600 or more will be reported by Typical Media, Inc & Typical Radio Group (DBA), Foreverworld Inc. to the Internal Revenue Service as required by law. Winners understand and agree they are responsible for all taxes incurred on prizes received. All prizes, unless otherwise specified by Typical Media, Inc. & Typical Radio Group (DBA) Foreverworld Inc, must be claimed within thirty (30) days of winning. Typical Media, Inc. & Typical Radio Group (DBA) Foreverworld Inc will not presume to notify winners of the time remaining on their winnings. It is the winner’s responsibility to claim their prize within the specified time frame. Typical Media, Inc. & Typical Radio Group (DBA) Foreverworld Inc. will not mail out prizes to any winners. Typical Media, Inc. & Typical Radio Group (DBA) Foreverworld Inc. will not, due to the unavailability of prizes awarded, substitute another prize of equal value for that which was originally won.

Winners are not eligible to participate in any Typical Media Group Stations contests for a period of thirty (30) days from the original date of qualifying or winning a contest and/or prize conducted by any Typical Media Group Stations. All prizes are non-transferable. Typical Media, Inc & Typical Radio Group (DBA) Foreverworld Inc reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke any prize awarded and to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest; to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the contest, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner including theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Typical Media Group Stations contest phone line and any other behavior deemed disruptive or unauthorized by Typical Media, Inc & Typical Radio Group (DBA) Foreverworld Inc or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Typical Media, Inc. & Typical Radio Group (DBA), Foreverworld Inc. will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. In the event two telephone lines are “tied together” during a phone-in contest, the entire call will be disqualified and another call will be taken. Typical Media, Inc. & Typical Radio Group (DBA) Foreverworld Inc. cannot award duplicate prizes to both parties in a “tied together” situation. An example of a “tied together” call may be two telephone calls generated from the same location or residence. To win the grand prize, the qualifier pulled must be able to be reached at the phone number given at the time of drawing.

Once a prize is released, it becomes the sole responsibility of the winner and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. All contest entries become the property of Typical Media, Inc. & Typical Radio Group (DBA), Foreverworld Inc. No purchase is necessary to play/win.

The Station does not assume responsibility if prize providers change rules and restrictions, and if the prize provider is unable to provide the winner with their Prize(s). All Prize(s) are awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Prize winner(s) will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prize(s) they receive, regardless of whether they, in whole or in part, are used. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize(s) is based on available information provided to the Sponsor and the value of any Prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The winner(s) may be required to provide the Sponsor with a valid social security number or tax identification number before the Prize(s) will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of the winner(s), or if a minor in the jurisdiction in which s/he resides, in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, for the actual value of the Prize(s) received. Unclaimed Prize(s) will be forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen Prize(s). If the winner does not accept or use the entire Prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the Prize will be forfeited and the Sponsor will have no further obligation with respect to that Prize or portion of the Prize. Prize winner knowingly, on their own accord, have participated in a promotion put on by Typical Media, Inc. & Typical Radio Group (DBA) Foreverworld Inc and/or prize winner waives any liability towards Typical Media, Inc & Typical Radio Group (DBA) Foreverworld Inc for any infectious disease caught or transmitted while participating in a promotion or after having won a prize through such promotion.
